Workout notes:
Legs in mid-upper thigh tight/sore at beginning.
Relaxing (legs) took approximately the first 800m.

COMMENTS

Low end of squat range thursday had a pronounced effect on
the level of pre-workout muscular tension and tenderness.

Consider adding this motion to winter workout to prepare for spring,
in addition to hip flexor work.

Note: evaluate calf strength/endurance Monday (11/24).
