Everything "felt loose" (relaxed)
Workout notes:
Route changed to Rady Park, with loop, due to conditions.
Matt completed the route about a minute faster than planned.
No residual effects from Tuesday's workout..


Wet seemed to have a positive impact.
Perhaps due to lessened evaporation,
and therefore slower fluid loss.

Post-workout recovery:

Immediate Fast Average Slow Very Slow
